Help with the app, your subscription and your data. Email us and a person answers.

Sign in with Apple or Google, then answer the setup questions. EpiNutri needs an internet connection: what you log is saved to your account in the cloud. Tap + on a meal to log food by search, by barcode or from a photo.

Logging from a photo asks for your permission before a photo is sent for analysis. You can decline and keep logging by search or barcode.

EpiNutri offers Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. Your diary belongs to the account you signed in with: to reach it on another iPhone, sign in there the same way, with the same Apple Account or Google Account. If you chose Hide My Email, Apple gives us a private relay address in place of your own, so signing in with Google instead can open a different, empty account. Your records are not moved between accounts.

  • View, change, or cancel: open iOS Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and EpiNutri. You can also open Apple’s subscription page. Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
  • Restore a purchase: sign in to the EpiNutri account you bought it with, open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. If Apple completed the purchase but the app did not unlock, tap Retry activation. You do not need to buy again.
  • Request a refund: Apple is the merchant of record, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com. Our full Refund & Cancellation Policy covers the trial, cancelling, timings, and what we do if Apple turns you down.
  • Export: open Settings → Privacy & data → Export inside the app to create a portable JSON copy of the records in your account. It needs a connection.
  • Erase all data: Settings → Privacy & data → Delete all my data erases your records and preferences and keeps your account and your subscription.
  • Delete your account: Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account removes the account and the records that belong to it. Apple may ask you to confirm. If the deletion is interrupted, open the app again and it continues from where it stopped. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
  • Neither of these cancels a subscription. Apple bills it, so cancel it in iOS Settings as described above.
  • Apple Health: importing from Apple Health is optional and asks for its own permission. With it on, EpiNutri reads your weight and your daily activity summaries and saves them to your account. Turn the import off in EpiNutri Settings, or remove the access in iOS Health settings. Records already imported stay until you erase them. EpiNutri never changes what is in Apple Health, and never sends Health data for photo analysis.

EpiNutri is one app with no tiers, sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription. The app shows the App Store price, and any introductory offer open to your Apple Account, before you buy. The Pricing page lists the plans.

Photo analysis and the Apple Health import are separate choices, and each stays off until you allow it. We don’t sell your data, run ads, or track you. Read the full Privacy Policy.
