Sprout Health (Sprout Health Partners LLC) is a telehealth platform launched in early 2025 and headquartered in Encinitas, California. It connects patients in 44 U.S. states with independent clinicians through the MD Integrations physician network, who may prescribe compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide (injection or oral tablet) and compounded NAD+. Medication is dispensed by partner compounding pharmacies and shipped to the patient. Intake is mostly asynchronous (questionnaire-based), although a synchronous video visit is required by state law in roughly 15 states. Pricing is flat-rate with a 'price-lock' guarantee that holds the monthly cost steady as dosage escalates, and the platform does not bill insurance. The company received an FDA warning letter on September 9, 2025 for misbranding its compounded GLP-1 products as 'FDA-approved.' Trustpilot and BBB profiles include consistent complaints about cancellation difficulty and unresponsive customer service, and the BBB lists 32 complaints with an F rating tied to failure to respond.
