1. What Epioneum is

Epioneum is an independent comparison directory for GLP-1 telehealth providers in the United States. We are an editorial publication, not a healthcare provider. We do not dispense, prescribe, or sell medication. We do not employ clinicians. We do not operate pharmacies. Our role is to verify other people’s programs against the same published verification process, and to update that data on a documented cadence. We list partner programs only — providers we have an affiliate relationship with — and we say so throughout the site.

2. Affiliate relationships

Every program listed on Epioneum is a partner, and outbound links to providers are affiliate links. When a reader signs up with a provider through one of these links, Epioneum may earn a commission. The commission does not cost the reader anything additional and does not affect the facts we publish about any provider, or which programs are featured — featuring is set by verified third-party review records.

We do not currently operate a sponsored-placement program. If we begin accepting sponsored placements in future, they will appear in a clearly labeled block separate from algorithmic results, and this section will be updated within 48 hours of the first sponsored deal going live. The methodology already documents the rules under which a sponsored block will operate.

This disclosure satisfies our obligations under FTC 16 CFR Part 255 (Endorsement Guides). If you believe a specific page does not adequately disclose an affiliate relationship, email editorial@epioneum.com.

3. Editorial independence

No editorial team member holds equity, advisory roles, or contractor relationships with any provider in the directory. None. If that ever changes, the relationship will be disclosed on the editorial team page and the team member recused from coverage of that provider before any change to its listing.

We do not accept favorable reviews in exchange for advertising spend. We do not quietly edit provider data — when a verified fact changes, the affected page reflects the new fact and the “Last verified” date.

4. Corrections

Found a wrong price, an outdated state list, a stale clinician name, or any other factual error? Email corrections@epioneum.com with the provider name, the field in question, the current published value, the value you believe is correct, and a primary or secondary source. We respond to every corrections request within 14 days. Accepted corrections are published on the public corrections changelog with date and source. Rejected corrections are also documented with reasoning. This is the most important commitment on the page.

5. Medical disclaimer

Nothing on Epioneum is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Comparison data is for informational purposes only. Consult a US-licensed clinician before starting, changing, or stopping any GLP-1 medication. The facts we publish describe how a program operates commercially; they do not predict an individual reader’s clinical outcome.

6. Privacy

The matching quiz collects no email, no name, and no medical history. Quiz answers are kept on your device and never transmitted to advertising platforms. We do not embed Meta or Google tracking pixels on the quiz page. If you choose to subscribe to the Monday brief, your email is managed via standard email-service-provider infrastructure with documented data flows; we never link your email to your quiz answers. 7. Use of the site

Epioneum is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we update data weekly and verify on a documented cadence, provider terms can change at any time; readers should re-verify pricing on the provider’s site at the moment of purchase. Epioneum is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the published comparison data.
